INGREDIENT:

60 ML BOURBON WHISKEY

30 ML FRESH LEMON JUICE

15 ML SIMPLE SUGAR SYRUP

60 ML CLUB SODA

GARNISH: ORANGE SLICE and MARASCHINO CHERRY

METHOD OF MAKING:

1. Gather the ingredients and pour the bourbon whiskey,lemon juice and simple syrup into a tom collins glass with ice cube.
2. Stir all the mixture thoroughly.
3. Top with club soda.
4. Garnish with cherry and orange slice.
